Chambers Company Branding and Website
New branding and website for one of the UK's largest soft fruit growers
WB Chambers are a family business who have been successfully growing fruit since 1952. They now have 14 locations across Kent exceeding 250 hectares of production and are one of the largest cane fruit growers in the UK.
Chambers came to us with an identity crisis, they needed help and rapidly. They are considered one the best soft fruit growers and suppliers in the country but didn’t have the brand, website or marketing material that conveyed that.
Very successful discovery and strategy workshops allowed us to iron out any issues and get group buy-in for our intended direction for the brand and marketing. It also enabled us to gain a complete understanding of exactly who (target customer) we’re building this brand for… something that was trickier than initially expected.
The first thing agreed was the name was to be changed from WB Chambers to just Chambers. This is a family business and we wanted to convey that it was run by more than just one family member.
A stunning brand identity system has been created which now better conveys the quality of the service and products across all required touchpoints. The ‘C’ within Chambers striking new logo features a vine, leaf and berry. This design allows us to change the berry within the logo to represent Chambers different service offerings. This clever (even if we do say so ourselves) bit of design allowed us to create a clear and visually appealing brand architecture.
With the beautiful new brand identity in place, we created stationery, email footers, social media and marketing material templates for them to adopt to ensure consistency.
Along with the new brand comes a great new responsive website. Built on WordPress we designed a charming website that houses stunning videos, imagery and content which informs users of Chambers services and products.
